Our client is looking for an ITSM Functional Consultant to work on a contractual basis.

The ideal candidate for the position must have the following qualifications:

• Hands-on work experience on Service Management tools like ServiceNow, Summit
• Proven people management skills
• Experience of performance data analysis of ITIL® processes
• ITIL® process functional consulting domain or ITIL® Process owner/manager experience
• ServiceNow® certification is preferred but not a must
• Ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources
